you accept and take both moral and legal responsibility for agreeing to these terms of service:1. AN ADDITIONAL % of the price may be added for:
1) more than one person scene
2) detailed clothing
3) your desire for complex design
4) more than 5 hour of my workflow on your commission
(in those cases, we'll discuss it before I begin working on a commission.)2. CANCELLATION
Payment cancellation is permitted until the artwork reaches 70-100% completion.
In other instances, we determine the remaining payment collectively based on the completion status.3. REVISION
You have three opportunities to make significant changes to the artwork until it's 70-100% complete. That means, three messages/set of messages from you, that are more than 3 hours apart from each other. After three opportunities, I will review the edits, but you will need to pay for them in an amount that we'll agree upon .4. COPYRIGHT
I am providing you with two versions of my work: one with a watermark and one without. You can post the artwork on your socials with crediting me as an author, if otherwise agreed upon.
Please note that you cannot use my work for commercial, AI purposes or identify yourself as the author. Otherwise, please be aware that i'll try my best to protect my rights as am original author.
I reserve the right to advertise and showcase the commission in my portfolio independently, unless otherwise agreed upon.
